The digital future in service

Service - already in our company name the term is an integral part. But what does the future of service look like in a world that is undergoing digital change at almost all levels? What potentials and opportunities can be exploited? What role does the human being play in this and what technologies will it depend on? These are just some of the questions that will be discussed at this year's KVD Service Congress 2018 KVD Service Congress 2018 on 8 and 9 November 2019 in Munich. It is quite clear that bergler industrieservices GmbH will also be represented here as an exhibitor. We look back on an exciting first day.

Tense challenges for the future

Have you ever placed furniture virtually in your home and gone crazy? Have you taken a first tour of your holiday home from a distance using VR glasses? Browse through offers that are exactly tailored to you? All this and a whole lot more falls under the category "Service" today. Much of what was initially perceived as a nice gimmick has found its way into the world of commerce. The customer likes it, and that's ultimately what matters - which in turn presents exciting challenges for retailers and their partners.

This makes it all the more important to get in touch with experts and decision-makers, get to know the latest trends and focus on them. This is also the reason why we are represented at trade fairs such as the KVD e. V. Service Association Congress. Today we had the opportunity to exchange ideas with the visitors at our stand as well as with many of our 45 colleagues and to get an insight into the very latest developments in numerous lectures. One thing is certain: the future will be exciting and we look forward to supporting our customers with our services to make their customers happy again.
