TradeWorld Update - Day 2

Again we will contact you with a small update about TradeWorld in Stuttgart. Also on the second day the mood among the guests and colleagues couldn't have been better. It may be true that trade fair days usually demand some energy from you, but at TradeWorld time flies by as usual. And with the combination of good conversations with the guests and the great team with whom we are present at our stand, beautiful days at the fair are guaranteed!

Hot topic: returns management

Of course we would like to keep you up to date about the current trends and the things that dealers and manufacturers currently have on their hearts. As we have already reported, the focus is increasingly on individual customer wishes. An essential part of this is the topic Returns-management. Returns can never be completely avoided, because the reasons for a return can be very different. And these range from wrong colour and size ideas in the fashion sector to wrong and wrong deliveries to "just taking a look".

You can certainly imagine that returns management can take companies quite a bit of a squeeze in terms of time and personnel resources. After all, the order is virtually processed again for a return, only vice versa. However complex and cost-intensive returns may be, they are always instructive feedback and an indication that there may still be room for improvement.

Did the product go back because the customer imagined it to be completely different than it was shown in the photos? Was there any important information missing from the item description? Or was something broken again because the packaging was not in order? If you know the weak points within the processes, you can address them or have them addressed in order to reduce the returns rate. But we remember that returns can never be completely avoided.

In our discussions with the visitors to our stand on the first and second days of the fair, we were often asked whether we could also provide support in returns management. As Fulfillment service provider this is of course also part of our repertoire. We make sure that our customers can continue to take care of their core business and take care of the entire reverse transaction.

Today, on the third day of the trade fair, TradeWorld comes to an end - but we are already looking forward to our next guest appearance in Stuttgart!
