Otto Group Discontinues Ondemandcommerce (ODC)

As recently became known, the Otto Group will discontinue the operation of its fulfillment and returns platform ODC (ondemandcommerce) for strategic reasons. This affects many small and medium-sized businesses that have so far outsourced their online retail logistics processes. According to its own statements, ODC will nevertheless meet all contractual obligations toward its partners until the end of each respective contract.
