A look behind the scenes
The world of logistics has changed incredibly in recent years. Many processes that might have been state of the art a decade ago are now considered outdated. At the same time, many things have become easier to implement logistically, but customer expectations of logistics companies have risen just as much. One thing is certain: the competitive landscape in logistics today is not only more customer-focused than before, but also more dynamic and more complex.
People who are not directly involved in this industry often find it hard to imagine how the processes are organized or what technological and human resources lie behind them – even though they depend on it economically and entrepreneurially to a high degree. That's why, at the next BVMW after-work business talk at our Erlensee site, we want to give you a look into our world of logistics and fulfillment.
Look forward to an exciting program, a look behind the scenes, interesting conversation partners in a relaxed atmosphere, and of course, some treats for the palate too!
The following items are on the agenda for the after-work business talk:
- Demonstration of our robotic warehouse and picking system
- Logistics on the road - Maintaler with a Gigatruck to see up close
- Lawyer Dr. Krebs interviewed on the planned implementation of EU Directive 2019 on transparent working conditions
- Tasting of KINZZ country beer, along with hearty finger food
- Relaxed networking: making new contacts, maintaining existing ones
The event is free of charge. However, for catering purposes we kindly ask you to register, preferably by email to michael.graf@bvmw.de!
