E-Fulfillment

The term e-fulfilment is used in the context of e-commerce and refers to all processes after the receipt of an online order. Strictly speaking, e-fulfilment is the partial or complete outsourcing, i.e. the outsourcing of these tasks after the order has been received in order to bring goods to the online customer quickly, reliably and cost-effectively.

E-fulfilment service providers adapt their services, which take place after an online order has been placed, entirely to the needs and requirements of the retailer. After all, the tasks involved are complex matters that shop operators outsource to professionals for a reason. Of course, it doesn't work without precise consultation and regular communication.
